February - June, 2025

´Svatantra´ means coming in to your self practice, self knowledge, and self actualisation by finding one’s own technique. This programme will lay the foundations for teaching yoga by establishing you in your personal practice, the most important aspect for a yogi’s journey. This course is for any serious yoga teacher or student who wants to dive deeply into the teaching of yoga according to the classical paths of Hatha, Raja and Vinyasa Krama.

You will join an in-depth program where you´ll be trained in the classical trinity of yoga as a practice, an inner view and a lifestyle, in order to transform yourself, or if you choose, to potentially become an embodied and skilled yoga teacher.

What will I learn?

Over the duration of this 100 hour program you will have the opportunity to develop authentic techniques that will take your yoga practice to a new level, and be given a clear map for living the life of a yogi. This is an intensive learning experience where you´ll be guided and challenged by experienced Senior teachers who have dedicated their lives to the spiritual practice of yoga.

Through their guidance you will learn the practice and theory of Asana, Vinyasa Krama, the art and science of sequencing, the science of Breath, Patanjali´s Yoga Sutras, foundational Hatha principles, and Fundamentals of Ayurveda for self-management. There will be time for personal attention and personal inquiry during lectures, led workshops, practice and private study. This course meets and exceeds the requirement of Yoga Alliance Professional foundation course.
